Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri & DPD.

Tracking



Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.



Delivery Delays



While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier service disruption, severe weather, customs processes, or peak seasonal demand.


Fortivance is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.



Incorrect Address Details



Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


Fortivance is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fortivance.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.



Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders



If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@fortivance.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number and any relevant photos where applicable.


We will review the issue and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
